The iconic library set the perfect backdrop, its breathtaking architecture and rich history providing a romantic ambiance that complemented the couple's love story.
As the ceremony began, Laura made her way down the aisle to a heartwarming custom version of “Here Comes The Sun,” setting a joyous tone for the occasion. The couple's introduction at the reception, “Let’s Groove” by Earth, Wind & Fire, had everyone on their feet, ready to celebrate. The festivities continued with the wedding party making their grand entrance to “Feel Good” by Illenium, showcasing the couple's vibrant spirit.
DJ duo Laz and John were instrumental in curating a soundtrack that perfectly reflected the couple’s journey, to keep the energy high throughout the night. Laura and Aurash’s first dance was a heartfelt moment, featuring the classic “The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra. You could see the love radiating between them as they shared this intimate moment in front of their loved ones. As the night drew to a close, the energy remained high with the last song, a special remix of “I’ve Had The Time of My Life,” which left everyone on the dance floor, celebrating the love and joy that filled the air. Reflecting on the day, Laz shared, “For this amazing couple, we utilized what I call ‘The Psychology of the Guest’ to curate the perfect soundtrack from pre-ceremony through the last song of the night. We worked with Laura and Aurash to customize the flow of the entire day to tell their story, not only with music but with emotional intent. Their guests laughed, cried, cheered, and partied with these West Coast-based doctors all day long.”
